How do I create a Tidy House account?

The only way to create a Tidy House account is to create your first booking with us.  Once booked you will receive an email containing all the information you need to complete your new account with us.  Book Now.

Do you service my area?

We currently service Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville.  If you’re outside the city we may still be able to help you out.  Give us a call @ (306) 933-0177 and a receptionist will take your location and get back to you shortly.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

The moment a Tidy House cleaner walks through your door they are locked in on cleaning any area that needs attention.  A standard clean means that your Tidy House cleaner will simply attempt to clean anything that looks dirty.  Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  However, there are a few items which are not included in a standard clean but which can be added on during checkout:  Finished Basements, Complete Wall Washing, Complete Interior Windows, Complete Wet Wiping of Blinds, Complete Baseboard Cleaning, Clean Inside Fridge, Clean Inside Oven, Deep Cleaning, and Move in/out cleaning.

Can I get a quote for my home cleaning?

The easiest way to determine the potential cost of your home clean is to visit our booking page and select your # of bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras you wish for your clean.  You can also select the hourly service if you think this is more suitable for your cleaning needs.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Tidy House cleaners supply everything they need to make your home sparkle.  If however, you would prefer them to use one of your products/appliances simply add a comment to your booking.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course.  Once you select your # of bedrooms and bathrooms you will be able to select from a list of available add-on extras for your home clean.  You can also select the hourly service below the number of bedrooms if you have a special request and just wanted only specific areas to be cleaned and not the entire house.

How do I book my first appointment?

How do I log into my account?

Visit to login to your account.  Use the email you used to create your first booking with Tidy House.

How do I change my password?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘Change Password’.  A form will pop-up that will allow you to change your password.

How do I change my address?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘My Account’.  From that page you will be able to make changes to your address.

How do I change my credit card?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘Billing Info’.  From there you will be able add new billing information and select the default card.

Pricing & Policies

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

At Tidy House we take your satisfaction seriously.  If you’re not satisfied with your clean, for any reason, we’ll send out another team to re-clean your home for free.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms, the square footage (area) of the house, number bathrooms, and any extra services that you need for your home cleaning. Please go to step number 3 of the booking form.

What is included in a deep clean extra?

This is a tricky question. If the house has not been maintained or cleaned in a month, the house needs deep cleaning because of extra time for our cleaners to make it spotless. We make sure that these are taken care of – The baseboards are wiped and vents are vacuumed; Under the beds, couch, tables, and furniture are vacuumed; All doors are wiped; Washroom light fixtures are dusted. We advise that for the first time cleaning, the client should book deep cleaning and pet hair removal if you have a pet.

What is included in the move in/out extra cleaning service?

The move in/out extra service includes wiping the inside of cupboards/cabinets/drawers/closest, pantry, wiping of baseboards, doors, door frames, window ledges, dusting of light fixture, light switches, and cleaning behind and underneath of appliances (the fridge and oven should be pulled out by the customer in order to avoid any damage by our cleaners).  Wall washing and inside windows are extra services that are not included in move-in/out cleaning and also for inside the fridge/oven.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that there is a $50.00 or 20% of the total price of your cleaning booking, whichever is higher, that we charge as cancellation fee for cancellations made within 24 hours before your appointment.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

There’s no issue we take more seriously.  All Tidy House cleaners are interviewed, background checked and have obtained insurance and bonding to clean professionally in your home.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

All personal information is kept secure with 256-bit SSL encryption.  That’s probably gibberish to you but basically it means that not even the owner of Tidy House can see your credit card information never mind anyone who tries to get a look at our data.  It’s all protected and handled with computer software that makes things operate with seamless security.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All cleaners go through a 3-step in person interview process and are background checked through the City of Saskatoon Police Service.
