How do I create a Tidy House account?

The only way to create a Tidy House account is to create your first booking with us.  Once booked you will receive an email containing all the information you need to complete your new account with us.  Book Now.

Do you service my area?

We currently service Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville.  If you’re outside the city we may still be able to help you out.  Give us a call @ (306) 933-0177 and a receptionist will take your location and get back to you shortly.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

The moment a Tidy House cleaner walks through your door they are locked in on cleaning any area that needs attention.  A standard clean means that your Tidy House cleaner will simply attempt to clean anything that looks dirty.  Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  However, there are a few items which are not included in a standard clean but which can be added on during checkout:  Finished Basements, Complete Wall Washing, Complete Interior Windows, Complete Wet Washing of Blinds, Complete Baseboard Cleaning, Clean-out Fridge, Clean Inside Oven, Clean out/De-clog Drains.

How much will it cost?

The easiest way to determine the potential cost of your home clean is to visit our booking page and select your # of bedrooms, bathrooms and any extras you wish for your clean.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Tidy House cleaners supply everything they need to make your home sparkle.  If however, you would prefer them to use one of your products/appliances simply add a comment to your booking.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course.  Once you select your # of bedrooms and bathrooms you will be able to select from a list of available add-on extras for your home clean.

How do I log into my account?

Visit https://tidymaids.launch27.com/login to login to your account.  Use the email you used to create your first booking with Tidy House.

How do I change my password?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘Change Password’.  A form will pop-up that will allow you to change your password.

How do I change my address?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘My Account’.  From that page you will be able to make changes to your address.

How do I change my credit card?

Click Here to log-in to your account.  Once logged in you will see your dashboard.  Click on your name in the top right and then choose ‘Billing Info’.  From there you will be able add new billing information and select the default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

There’s no issue we take more seriously.  All Tidy House cleaners are interviewed, background checked and have obtained insurance and bonding to clean professionally in your home.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

All personal information is kept secure with 256-bit SSL encryption.  That’s probably gibberish to you but basically it means that not even the owner of Tidy House can see your credit card information never mind anyone who tries to get a look at our data.  It’s all protected and handled with computer software that makes things operate with seamless security.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

All cleaners go through a 3-step in person interview process and are background checked through the City of Saskatoon Police Service.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

At Tidy House we take your satisfaction seriously.  If you’re not satisfied with your clean, for any reason, we’ll send out another team to re-clean your home.  If you’re still not satisfied we’ll refund your money.

What is your refund policy?

What is our refund policy you ask?  Well, that would be our world famous, not offered by any other cleaning service in the city ‘200% Guarantee’.  If you’re not satisfied with your clean, for any reason, we’ll send out another team to re-clean your home.  If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund your money.  No questions asked.
